50% deposit to begin; 50% on final approval, before launch or final handover. No VAT is charged. Domains, hosting and ongoing care are separate from the £995 starting price. Extra pages and complex integrations are quoted separately. Any recurring fees, renewals and cancellation terms are agreed upfront.

Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We first review its content, URLs, forms and integrations so the new design preserves what your business relies on.
Do I need to supply the content?
You supply accurate business information and approved assets. The package includes refining that content; larger copywriting or asset-production needs are scoped separately.
Who owns the website?
Once the final balance is paid, you own the bespoke website deliverables created for you. We provide the agreed files and handover information, so you’re not permanently tied to Made Catchy. Third-party software, licensed assets and pre-existing tools keep their respective licences.
Can I update it myself?
We agree your editing needs and platform before starting. If your website includes a supported content management system, you’ll receive the agreed editing access. For sites without one, we provide the agreed files and can quote for future changes.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
They’re separate from the website build. You can arrange your own hosting or ask us to quote for a managed option. Ongoing care is optional, with any recurring charges, renewals and cancellation terms agreed upfront.
How long will it take?
A standard website of up to five pages typically takes 2–4 weeks, starting once we’ve received your deposit, required content and project requirements. Complexity, feedback, approvals and studio availability can affect timing. We confirm your project-specific schedule before work begins.
What happens after launch?
You receive the agreed handover information and 14 days of complimentary technical support after launch. This covers bugs or functional problems with features in the agreed scope. New features, redesigns, extra pages and ongoing content updates are separate; longer-term maintenance can be quoted if you need it.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms your project and lets us begin work. The remaining 50% is due on final approval, before launch or final handover. Any work outside the agreed scope needs your approval and a separate quote. We don’t charge VAT.
What if I need more than five pages?
We’ll quote for the additional pages or recommend a custom website, so you know the cost before agreeing to more work.
